1.Returns

All sales made on this site are considered final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product or if the order you have received differs from your purchase intent, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

Our product replacement policy applies only to those that arrive defective or damaged. 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days following the approval of your refund. To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service team through the designated channels within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of delivery of the service or product.

3.2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to evaluation and may vary depending on the type of service or product purchased.

For services that require partial or staged payments, refunds will be subject to completed and approved stages.

In addition, services or products that have been used, modified, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund, unless there is an inherent defect in the product or service that makes it unsuitable for the intended purpose.

The agreed deadlines will be determined after analyzing in detail the complexity and scope of the project, considering aspects such as resource availability, technical complexity, and necessary client collaboration.

If unforeseen events or changes in project requirements arise, we will inform the client immediately and agree on adjustments to the delivery deadlines.

4.3. Transparent Communication:

Our commitment is to maintain clear and open communication with you regarding the progress of the project. We will provide you with regular updates on the project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the established deadlines.

4.4. Reasonable Adjustments:

When adjustments to deadlines are required due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. This may involve rescheduling deadlines or implementing corrective measures to mitigate any impact on the quality and outcome of the project.

4.5. Early Delivery Dates:

Ayranet S.A. de C.V. will seek to complete projects before the agreed delivery dates whenever feasible. In case of early completion, the client will be notified, and the delivery of deliverables will be coordinated as agreed.

4.6. Review Conditions:

The agreed deadlines will also include specific periods for client reviews. Deadline dates for receiving feedback and approvals will be clearly established, ensuring effective collaboration and an efficient review process.

4.7.Adjustment of Deadlines due to External Factors:

In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or situations beyond the control of both parties, deadlines may need to be adjusted. In such circumstances, Ayranet S.A. de C.V. and the client will collaborate in good faith to adapt the deadlines and minimize any negative impact on the project execution.
